Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs

While shopping for the last CIC I had difficulty locating gluten-free breadcrumbs. After wasting fifteen minutes hunting and pecking I asked a clerk who kindly suggested I get GF bread and use that to make breadcrumbs.  I now have three-quarters of a loaf of kindly minced bread drying on my counter, and In a day or two I'll toss it in the freezer and use it whenever a recipe calls for breadcrumbs, GF or not. Silly how  something out of the ordinary can make a cook fail their intelligence roll.
